    Will I have to sign for my package?

    A signature is required when your package is delivered. However, the delivery driver may decide to ask you for a signature.

    How will my gift be packaged?

    Depending on which delivery method you choose, your gift will be packaged as follows:

    1. Local Delivery Your order will be sent to a local area, where it will be expertly designed and hand delivered to your recipient. Reasons to choose florist delivery:
      • Same-Day Delivery is available in most areas of Haiti, Orders must be placed by the following times in your recipient’s time zone:
        M-F: 2:30pm
        Saturday: 2pm
        Sunday: 11:30am
        Same-Day Delivery may not be available during peak holiday times or in adverse weather conditions.
    2. Loacal Pickup package will be received by recipient in our store in the day and time requested
    3. Reasons to choose flowers fresh from our Store:
      • A Wider Selection From rare flower varieties to unique pairings of the freshest, many of our bouquets are available exclusively through direct shipments.
      • Local Store they’re cleaned and quality tested before being shipped to your recipient.

    All of your informations are save in secure line encryption, We strictly uphold responsible online data practices so every information is private by default. And we create easy to use data privacy and security settings so you’re in control.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    Gift once purchased cannot be cancelled or returned due to regulatory restrictions.

    • If the item delivered is physically damaged/ defective or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement as long as the exact item is available with the same state.
    • Replacement cannot be delivered to a different address. We recommend to return the item for a refund and place a new order with the new address.
